Hi, Iām Madeline
I'm a counsellor who is passionate about supporting women to better understand themselves, navigate life's challenges, and create lives that feel authentic and meaningful.
I hold a Bachelor of Counselling, am a Level 2 member of the Australian Counselling Association, and am currently in my first year of a Master's degree. Alongside my counselling work, I have a background in mental health and case management, which has given me valuable experience supporting people through a wide range of personal challenges and life circumstances.
I understand that reaching out for support can feel vulnerable, and I believe everyone deserves a space where they feel genuinely heard, understood, and accepted. My goal is to create a warm, supportive environment where you can openly explore your thoughts, emotions, and experiences without fear of judgement.
I am particularly passionate about working with women who may be experiencing overwhelm, life transitions, difficulties with self-worth, relationship challenges, or a sense of feeling disconnected from themselves. Together, we can explore the patterns, beliefs, and experiences that may be impacting your wellbeing and work towards creating positive and lasting change.
My approach is compassionate, collaborative, and grounded in the belief that you already hold many of the answers within you. Rather than telling you what to do, I aim to walk alongside you, helping you gain insight, build self-awareness, and reconnect with your strengths and values.
I believe that healing isn't about becoming someone different, it's about coming home to yourself. Wherever you are in your journey, I would be honoured to support you.
